Statement on the Early Implementation of New National Food Safety Standards and Labeling Management Regulations

Dear Consumers, Partners, and Relevant Regulatory Authorities:

In active response to the updates of national food safety standards, Hubei Zhou Hei Ya Food Industrial Park Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby issues this solemn statement in accordance with the provisions on the early implementation of food safety standards as set forth in Article 13 of the Implementation Regulations of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China:

 

I. Early Implementation of StandardsThe Company decides that starting from October 25, 2025, the following new national food safety standards and labeling management regulations will be implemented in advance for food labels:

  • National Food Safety Standard General Rules for the Labeling of Prepackaged Foods (GB 7718-2025)
  • National Food Safety Standard General Rules for the Nutrition Labeling of Prepackaged Foods (GB 28050-2025)
  • Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Labeling (Order No. 100 of the State Administration for Market Regulation)

 

II. Scope of ImplementationThe early implementation this time covers the following products of the Company:

III.
